Q: How does it work?
A: Here's what happens:
1. The day you ratify your contract, we'll fax or email our simple, easy-to-understand application. You'll already have most of the documentation we need.
2. Just fill out the application and fax or mail it to us along with the documents that we have requested.
3. After our review of your application, we will contact you and arrange how we will finalize the transaction and get your funds to you. You may pick up a check, use Fedex, or we will wire money directly into your account.

Q: Okay, when do I get my check?
A: Typically within 24 hours.

Q: How much do I get?
A: We will advance you as much as 84% of your commission usually the same
day your application is approved. We retain a Holdback Reserve of 10%, which is paid to you when the property sale is closed and the commission is repaid according to the terms of our agreements.

A: We underwrite each transaction on its own merit and make our decision
on a transaction-by-transaction basis. So there are no set advance limits.
